Summer Tuna Pasta Salad
My tuna pasta salad is one of my absolute favorite dishes. It’s so easy for any last-minute meals, but it’s also great to keep in the fridge as a backup lunch or snack during the workweek. I sometimes skip the pasta and just do tuna to keep it more of a lean dish. Either way, it’s delicious. It’s the best in the summer and so healthy. My favorite trick is using avocado as the majority of the “sauce” for some healthy fats instead of just, fat. The veganaise I buy (from Wegmans) tastes just like mayonnaise but is 1000x better for you. I bet when you bring it to the next summer bbq no one will even question what it’s made with!
