Photographs inspired by article: 8 Trendy (& Affordable) Plants You Can Buy At Trader Joe’s
I can’t wait to do round two of this post series I call Article Catch. Maybe it’s just me, and I don’t think that’s the case, but I absolutely love my inbox subscriptions. The articles, blog posts, informative tips, and whatever else comes through not only informs me of the latest trends and news but also inspires me for the following week. However, I realize it can be time-consuming so I figured I’d do the dirty work and sift through and find y’all the must-reads of last week.
This past week was good too, so many great articles it was hard to pick my favorites! With spring around the corner, the fashion, home (Did you catch last week’s post on what I’m seeing as this years home color trends for spring?!) and beauty/wellness shopping is amazing. You can feel the weather about to really change and if you’re smart, and you read these posts, you’ll be well equipped. Anyways, let’s get started on last week’s roundup and this week’s series of articles I caught for Article Catch!
Since we started talking about Spring I figured we’d start with this beautiful blog post from Gal Meets Glam. If you know me, you know Charleston is my favorite place in the world and to have a porch like this, there, is an absolute dream. So, just take a second and soak in the beauty of this post.
YUM! These recipes are all absolutely scrumptious looking. Thanks to Love & Lemons Blog I’ll be keeping things very interesting in the kitchen over the next few weeks. Can’t wait to try the Sesame-Ginger Avocado Fennel Salad!
The Ordinary is the single brand I got hooked on in 2018 and haven’t looked back, lessened my usage or questioned once. I just keep buying more and loving more. I guess this is next! Should I do a post of my routine with The Ordinary?
This is something I’ve always wanted to do. I have deep, blue/gray circles under my eyes. It’s genetic but worsened by stress and lack of sleep, all of which I tend to have been blessed with. I think this really is going to be something I save up for!!
Life + Biz Lessons
If there is one article you read from start to finish it should be this one. It was eye-opening, somewhat soothing, and so relatable. I loved the message and confirmation that designing a life you love isn’t actually being able to juggle everything and only enjoy it half-way. It’s about doing what you love, when you love it, where you love it, etc.
I try to follow all of these hacks! Naturally, it depends on your environment and line of work but there’s some seriously good advice in here!!
I loved this one so much because the design is perfection but I also love the inginuity of what a nail salon is. Jina Javier is a true designer and entrepreneur to watch!
So it’s no secret I LOVE Trader Joe’s the most, but this is something I realized within the last couple weeks. They have fantastic plants (yes most of us knew about the flowers) but even if you look at their windowsills along the checkout area you’ll see so many pretty little house plants! It’s amazing!
Love love love spring trends this year. Mostly because color is back, and bold. Yes to neon, and give me all the pretty femme prints!
I think all I have to say is: Upper East Side Mom Amazon Jacket. Go get them while they last. And as always, thanks, Target.
